Adult ADHD Essentials: Skills for Life, Work and Wellbeing

Practical strategies for adults navigating ADHD in daily life

Living with ADHD as an adult can be both challenging and eye-opening. This small-group training in Melbourne focuses on practical, real-life strategies for clarity, focus, and follow-through. In a supportive face-to-face setting, participants learn how to manage time and energy, reduce overwhelm, and communicate more effectively, leaving each session with tools they can use the same day.

This is psycho education and coaching. It does not replace medical care, and we encourage participants to keep working with their health professionals as needed. Guidance aligns with current clinical recommendations for multimodal ADHD support that combines information, skills training, and behaviour change strategies.

Format: Five sessions, two hours each, over five weeks; overall 10 hours
Group size: 6-8 participants.
Cost: From $555
Who it is for: Adults with ADHD diagnosis or on a waitlist, adults who suspect they might have ADHD, partners or supporters welcome.
