Cancellation and Rescheduling

At Human Connection Code, we value your time, energy, and commitment. This policy supports mutual respect and a balanced rhythm of work for both client and coach.

1. Cancelling or rescheduling a session

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us by email or SMS as soon as possible.
– More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee applies.
– Between 24-48 hours’ notice: 50 percent of the session fee applies.
– Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: the full session fee applies.
This applies to individual and couple sessions, held in person.

2. Compassionate exceptions

Life can be unpredictable. If something serious happens such as illness, a family emergency, or another unexpected situation, please let us know promptly. Proof of circumstances may be requested if a cancellation fee is to be waived.

3. Why this policy exists

Each session time is prepared and reserved especially for you. When a session is cancelled late, that space cannot be offered to another client. This policy helps honour both your time and ours while keeping the service sustainable and fair under Australian Consumer Law.
