Guided by Training and Life
I created Human Connection Code because I have seen how much can be lost when people speak but do not feel heard, or when silence replaces clarity. Misunderstandings grow, frustration builds, and relationships begin to feel heavier instead of lighter. Over time, I learned that communication is more than a skill. It is the foundation for building, rebuilding, and sustaining healthy relationships.
What Shaped My Work
That belief became the heart of my work. I guide individuals and couples through the layers of human connection – emotional, cultural, and conversational. My focus is helping people navigate the richness and complexity of relationships, whether across cultures, through communication struggles, or during times of change. Grounded in insight and strategy, I support clients in creating emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and lasting relationships through conscious effort rather than chance.
My Coaching Approach
My approach is structured yet deeply human. I bring clarity without losing warmth, and professionalism without losing presence. Many clients share that they feel safe with me, yet also gently encouraged to grow. My professional training, international background, and life experience all shape how I reach out to the people I work with.
Life Experience That Informs My Practice
Throughout my life, I have moved through marriage, divorce, single parenthood, blended family life, step-parenting, immigration, full-time work, and seasons as a stay-at-home mum. This experience taught me how complex connection can be, and how much courage, humour, and patience it takes to keep being there for the people we care about.
Education and Professional Background
I speak three languages and have lived in three very different countries, each with its own language, culture, religion, and social system. I hold a degree in Psychology from Moscow and a Master’s in International Relations from Melbourne, and I have completed multiple certifications in coaching related fields that strengthen the way I support clients. I also spent fifteen years working in human resources and mediation for one of the world’s largest international organisations. Through each chapter I learned that connection is never the same for everyone. It must honour difference.
Honouring Difference
Differences do not need to separate us. They can deepen our understanding of one another. Your accent, your background, your values, and your way of seeing the world, all belong. Connection grows when we embrace differences, not erase them. It is about weaving our unique experiences into something stronger and more meaningful.
Inclusions as a Way of Living
Creating spaces for respectful communication across differences is not just something I teach; it is how I live. Inclusion is part of who I am.
If this speaks to you, if you are longing for more clarity, ease, or confidence in how you connect, I would love to explore it with you. It takes just one click to CONNECT.
Where My Heart Belongs
Family is at the centre of my life. I am a proud mother to my daughter, a humble, big-hearted young woman who dedicates her life to helping others. I am also a wife to an inspiring man whose generosity, strength, and dedication continue to amaze me. As immigrants, we share a special understanding of what it means to leave behind, begin again, and build a life across cultures with love and courage.
Family
I am the middle child of three, shaped by the rhythm of finding my own place while staying close to the people who share my roots.
My late father was one of the most important people in my life, and the bond we shared still grounds me with warmth and strength. My mother, a woman of quiet resilience and kindness, is the reason I am who I am today. She and my dad taught me to be kind, humble, respectful, and aware of others. Those lessons stay with me in everything I do.
My siblings and I have our own personalities and ways of being, and that is what makes our bond real. No matter what life brings, we are there for one another, always steady, always connected.
At home, I share life with my three scrappy, beautiful cats, each with their own quirks and charm, endlessly loved and cherished. At the end of the day, it is my family and home that give me the deepest sense of belonging.
Community
I believe in community and in friendships that grow through time, distance, and life’s many chapters. I am grateful for the friends who have walked with me through different seasons of life. Each one is a thread in the fabric of connection that has shaped who I am.
Interests
I find joy in movement and expression. I love dance, ballet, opera, and the elegance of figure skating, as well as the energy of tennis. Music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s often fills my home and brings back memories… And of course, I have watched Sex and the City more than once. Those stories of love and friendship still make me smile. I am also fascinated by the science of neuroplasticity, our brain’s ability to rewire and grow, a reminder that change is always possible.
Beliefs
I believe in justice, fairness, and the simple truth that compassion and dignity matter. These values guide how I live, how I work and where I lend my support, especially to children affected by war and displacement who deserve care, healing, and hope.
I support and encourage others to learn about PCRF Australia, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund Australia. It is a volunteer-based organisation that provides free medical aid and support to wounded and ill Palestinian children. Supporting organisations like PCRF is one way to bring more healing and humanity into the world. You can learn more or contribute here: https://linktr.ee/pcrf_australia
Inside the Human Connection Code
The Human Connection Code is a neuroscience-informed coaching philosophy.
It helps people understand themselves, understand others, and create connection that feels authentic, meaningful, balanced, and enduring.
Inside HCC, relationship coaching becomes practical, clear, and grounded.
We support individuals, couples, and groups through focused, in-person work that strengthens communication, builds emotional awareness, and creates real, lasting change.
A Personal Approach That Respects Your Story
Connection never follows one path. Every person, couple, and family arrives with their own history and ways of relating. Our work offers clarity and compassion while honouring the story that brought you here. Together, we explore what feels true for you, look at what fits your life, and create space to reconnect at a pace that feels natural and sustainable.
A Neuroplasticity-Based Approach
HCC teaches how communication, emotion, and the nervous system work together. When these systems are understood together, patterns in stress and closeness begin to make sense. Because when we understand what happens in the brain and body during closeness and stress, it becomes easier to change patterns and stay connected. With awareness and support, old habits soften and new, healthier patterns begin to take shape.
Practical Tools for Real Results
Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and communication science, we help you recognise emotional triggers, interrupt unhelpful thought patterns, and build confident, clear communication. These tools translate into everyday life, at home, at work, and across cultures.
Support for Everyday Relationship Challenges
Whether you are navigating cultural differences, blended family roles, communication stress, or personal transitions, we guide you toward clearer expression, steadier responses, and more balanced, healthy ways of relating. Small shifts in listening and responding can soften tension and open space for deeper connection.
The Space We Hold
Stepping into our space feels like taking a deep breath. It is safe and inclusive, where every voice is heard. You can explore at your own pace, supported with structure, warmth, and curiosity.
