This two-day immersive workshop in Melbourne invites individuals, couples, and groups to explore how connection truly works. Through live experiments, conversations, and micro-coaching, participants test their personal “truths” about communication, culture, and conflict. It’s a face-to-face learning experience that blends play and depth, helping people see, feel, and practice relational intelligence in action.

What to Expect

Day 1: Awareness, Assumptions & Activation
The first day focuses on uncovering and reflecting on the relational “truths” we’ve inherited or internalised.

Participants: Explore early relational beliefs through creative mapping.
Examine assumptions around gender, love, trust, and power.
Engage in silent communication and perception experiments.
Participate in micro-coaching circles to explore personal blind spots and outdated relational habits.

Day 2: Testing, Tuning & Transformation
The second day moves from insight to action.

Participants: Explore the influence of culture and family scripts on love, trust, and emotional expression.
Test new communication and boundary-setting strategies in real-time.
Practice the Relational Reset Loop — Pause, Probe, Practice — for ongoing growth.
Design a personal 7-day “truth test” challenge to take home, supported by peer accountability.
